Military Architecture

Military architecture has always been a field of experimentation and avant-garde, where important innovations have been produced that have had a significant repercussion for both civil architecture and religious architecture. It is also a type of architecture that, for obvious reasons, was constantly subject to the technical updates of each era.

The students' work was to try to discern, from the specimens that have survived, the original architecture and typological scheme of selected military structures.
